How Are We Keeping You Safe At The Practice Sites

As part of our commitment to keeping our patients and staff as safe as possible during the pandemic period, we are:

  • Restricting physical attendance by patients at both sites to clinically necessary cases only
  • Enforcing social distancing measures at both sites
  • Intensifying cleaning regimes at both sites, focusing particularly on “touch points”, with weekly audits to confirm compliance and effectiveness
  • Requiring hand sanitization and/or washing on entrance to and at exit from both sites
  • Requiring anyone attending the practice to wear a mask (if you do not have access to masks the practice will provide one)
  • Escorting patients to relevant rooms by whichever Clinician is attending them and escorting patients out when finished. Patients are NOT allowed to unnecessarily move around either practice site unescorted
  • Asking patients to either attend on their own (or with only one other person if the patient requires assistance)
  • Provided protective screens at reception desks to reduce the potential for cross-contamination
